Questions about an event
For an event's times, entry, or a refund for that event, its organiser is usually the fastest to help: they run the event, and refunds are theirs to make (see Refunds). Their name is on the event page.
Finding your tickets
Your tickets are in the confirmation email from tickets@gigsay.com. You can also see them under My tickets once you sign in with the email you ordered with.
